Behind every carved turn, every lesson, every performance on snow, there is an instructor.
A professional who represents the mountains, passion, and technical excellence.
This is where NASR Academy is born:
a project designed to dress the true protagonists of the slopes — those who transform snow into experience, every single day.
A PROJECT BORN ON THE SNOW
NASR Academy is more than a collaboration.
It is a project shaped directly on the slopes.
This year, together with Alpine Crew Paganella Ski School and with the support of Maurizio Tasin, Ski School Director, we took the first concrete step toward this vision.
The project originated from a real need, voiced directly by ski instructors:
the need for technical apparel capable of fully supporting the conditions of their daily work.
Garments designed to handle the intense cold of January, the sudden warmth of March, and the constant physical activity required when assisting clients — demanding freedom of movement and all-day comfort.
At the same time, it was essential not to compromise on a strong and recognizable visual identity, capable of distinguishing the ski school from others and reinforcing its presence on the slopes.
For this reason, we met personally with the instructors.
After several briefings to deeply understand their real needs, our Creative Director designed custom technical garments.
Each model was tested directly in the mountains and refined based on real feedback, resulting in ski instructor uniforms that are truly performant, functional, and fully aligned with the NASR style.
A CLEAR GOAL
To provide ski instructors with high-performance technical apparel that combines comfort, durability, and visual identity.
Garments that reflect the NASR philosophy:
pure functionality, essential design, aesthetics born from performance.
TWO KITS. TWO CONDITIONS. ONE STYLE
Each member of the Alpine Crew Paganella is equipped with a double kit, designed to adapt to every condition.
KIT 1 — Insulated Jacket & Insulated Pants
Perfect for the coldest days.
Thermal insulation, comfort, and freedom of movement to face January and February, when snow is drier and the air sharper — without limiting performance on the slopes.
KIT 2 — Shell Jacket & Bib Pants
For rainy days or wet snow conditions.
A fully water-repellent shell, designed to replace traditional ponchos and provide total protection without sacrificing performance.
Ideal also for warmer end-of-season days or situations that require higher mobility, such as beginner area lessons, where lightness, breathability, and freedom of movement make the difference.
Two uniforms. One shared language: functionality.
KEEPING PACE WITH THE NEW DEMANDS
Being a ski instructor today means facing increasingly variable conditions:
intense cold in January, spring-like days already in early March.
NASR Academy responds to this evolution with a modular, versatile, and long-lasting solution, capable of adapting to every scenario.
ENTERING THE WORLD OF SKI SCHOOLS
For NASR, entering the world of ski schools means influencing an entire team, a group, a clan.
It means transmitting a shared style — starting from how you dress and extending to how you live the mountains.
And it also means something more.
Dressing instructors — together with athletes — allows us to test and validate every detail directly in real working conditions, developing new technical solutions and technologies on the field.
They are the snow professionals who make our garments truly Tested & Approved, enabling us to bring to market products that are increasingly high-performing, authentic, and reliable.
NASR Academy is not just an apparel line.
It is a philosophy that unites those who work, teach, and inspire on snow.
NASR — Academy
Performance. Identity. Belonging.
For those who live the snow as protagonists.
