Refund policy

RETURNS

Our policy allows for a 14-day return window. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. During this period, you can try the product and examine it just as you would in a physical store. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you decide to return the product, please let us know by sending an email to support@nasrsport.com

Within the email, include:

1) Name and Surname
2) Order Number
3) Phone Number
4) Reason for the return

Subsequently, we will send you a return form to fill out to proceed with the return.Please note that you must ship the products back within 14 days of informing us.


Items excluded from returns: Gift cards

For the purpose of a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

1) Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
2) Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

Refunds (if applicable)

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

 

 

If your request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit note will be automatically applied in your name.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

 

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, send us an email at support@nasrsport.com  and follow the instructions we will provide. Subsequently, send the item to the following address: Via DeTassis 43, 38121, Trento Italy.

 

Shipping

 To return the product:

1)Place the products inside the original box or one of equal strength.
2)Make sure to remove previous shipping labels and replace them with the return label. The product(s) must be returned in their original condition.
3)Visit your nearest post office to send the package.
4)Send the product to the following address: Via Detassis 43, 38121, Trento Italy, following the instructions sent via email once you have contacted us at support@nasrsport.com
5)You will receive an email as soon as we receive your items and when the refund is issued.

 

The shipping costs for returning the item are at the expense of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. SPARC 01 S.R.L. cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the returned package. Depending on the country you reside in, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For all shipments to countries outside the European Union, the recipient is responsible for all import taxes, customs duties, and local taxes levied by the country to which the shipment is sent. Payment of these taxes is necessary to allow for the clearance of the order. The exact amount to be paid for taxes and duties cannot be calculated, so we encourage you to check them before placing an order. If you need to ship an item worth more than €75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
