The 3L Shell Bib Prototype is a technical ski bib developed for demanding on-snow use, where protection, comfort, and freedom of movement are essential.
Built with 3-layer PFC-free polyester fabric and a DEFEND 4-way stretch membrane, these shell bib pants deliver 20K waterproofing and 20K breathability, ensuring reliable protection from snow, wind, and extreme weather conditions.
The shell construction allows flexible layering, adapting easily to different temperatures and activity levels.
Fully seam taped construction, waterproof reverse zippers, and inner-leg ventilation support weather protection and thermal regulation.
The bib is equipped with quick-release adjustable suspenders, an adjustable waist belt, and reinforced lower leg fabric, providing stability, durability, and comfort during intensive skiing.

REINFORCED WHERE IT COUNTS
The bib features a full wrap reinforced fabric at the hem, designed to protect high-wear areas in every situation. Unlike standard internal reinforcements, the reinforced panel runs all around the lower leg, preventing damage from ski edges, boots, and repeated contact. This construction protects the fabric even when opening ski boot buckles or during frequent on-and-off movements.

The full zip construction comes directly from the racing world, where NASR belongs. Originally developed for competition, this design allows athletes to put on or remove the pant quickly, adapting instantly to changing conditions. It makes the pant ideal for pre-race use, but also extremely versatile: easy to wear when temperatures rise or when additional equipment, such as knee protection, is needed underneath.
